Seems the UF user page is keeping all the admins busy, and making other stuff is taking lots of time too. I have a new Advanced Masking Tut in the pipeline, and the first draft is kinda naff, so i am starting again from scratch.
I have started an ID for the contest, but it may not get submitted as it needs work, and i havent got the time as the other jobs at hand are far more important at present.
I ned more time, if you have any spare, then send it to me

Thought i would share this link i have found with everyone.

It has some awesome fractal animations, and although some a quite large, they are worth the download, and the amount of work gone into them is astounding....you all know how long some single images take to render...imagine how long these animation took...especially the Apophysis ones!!!

Well after much thought, i have finally begun the process of giving up cigarettes, and i guess that i one of the reasons i havent been on the PC fo a while...just been in such a strange state of mind, and i couldnt be bothered with it...i havent even been playing games, which is rare for me.

I have tried to give up before, but failed after only a few days, its been 13 days so far, and i seem to be on a winner this time...Its damn hard, but i am committed to kickin the nasty habit this time around.....

I am eating loads of biscuits, but i am slim, so i aint to worried about become huge from munching, and it does seem to have faded off a bit...been buying Apples, and eating lots of fruit instead....

I feel knackered all the time, but i am told this is normal, while my body get used to clean air and gets rid of all the toxins in my body....i have a sore throat and sniffy nose, and all the usual stuff that they told me i would get.....

I still have massive urges to have a ciggy, but i made sure there is nothingf in the house to tempt me...i even threw out all my ashtrays and lighters

Lets hope i keep it up.......

Since coming to DA i have had some excellent comments. Some have made me rethink my stuff, and some have been full of praise....i soak them all up, good or bad, and to be honest, the bad ones were justified and made me update some images....

I occasionally have the tendency to rush things, and i guess peeps can tell...i really need to stand back and decide if it really does need that extra tweak

Thanks to all the peeps i have conversed with so far. I just wish i had more free time to spend here...there is just so much to see, and so many talented artists.....

Maybe i should stop playing DOOM 3?....maybe later.......

Hopefully this space will be for my personal best work, and stuff which i think is worth showing.
I have lots of images, but some just dont cut it IMHO

I try to make images using ULTRA FRACTAL and APOPHYSIS without any post work, and if on the rare occasion i do, then i will let you know.

There are tonnes of artists using fractals here, and as much as i love the work of some alot of them, i try not to conform the norm with my images, and i love using the mapping tools more than i use the other parts of the program. I think palettes are crucial too, and i always spend ages tinkering with those.

I dont do loads of images, but hopefully the ones i do you will like. Most are meant as wallpapers for desktop. I just donr have the time to make lots, although i would like to. Life isd busy, and PC time is spread around gaming, music and paying bills...lol
